The Michigan Small Business Development Center Great Lakes Bay is hosted by Delta College Corporate Services. This federally funded and locally supported program provides assistance to entrepreneurs, new and existing businesses in Arenac, Bay, Midland, and Saginaw counties.

Certified business consultants work with individuals to assess and assist in the planning and implementation of small business activities through confidential no-cost counseling, training and research services. Clients are generally entrepreneurs who are considering starting a new small business or existing small businesses and organizations who wish to expand or improve their business performance.
